Customer Service Representative (CSR). You will primarily be initiating service calls and creating/updating client files while providing Top-Notch SERVICE to our clients in person, by phone, fax and email on a daily basis. This includes dispatching technicians to client addresses, recording treatments rendered and encouraging repeat treatments. The role of CSR also carries an administrative assistant component. From time to time you may be asked to help distribute incoming mail, make office supply purchases, process outgoing mail, report issues to vendors, take messages and handle incoming call routing. You must be highly coachable, a team player, have ADVANCED computer and typing skills, be able to work independently under pressure and professional in appearance to qualify. 100% In-House Service Position. NO selling. NO cold-calling. NO collections.
Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday 10:00am to 2:00pm. Up to one hour for lunch.
Licenses and experience are NOT required. Regardless of prior experience, we will train and educate the successful candidate on ‘Our Award-Winning Way of Doing Things’. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software or field technician dispatch systems is a definite PLUS!
The successful candidate will begin on a 90-Day Probationary Period (the same for all team members) where you will be paid an hourly rate between $11.00 and $12.00. During this probationary period NO benefits, paid sick time or paid vacation will be earned or granted.
After successfully completing the 90-Day Probationary Period, you will sit down with our company COO along with the Executive Committee for a discussion on your overall performance, strengths, weaknesses and areas of improvement moving forward. If we are satisfied with your performance you will officially become a FULL-time team member receiving paid personal time and paid vacation time. Your rate of pay is based on the VALUE you bring to the business.

You are computer literate and able to learn quickly under pressure. As “Customer Service Representative (CSR)” you will be in contact with clients, therefore you MUST be professional in speech and appearance. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a real asset. You must be focused, accurate and detail oriented. You are able to meet deadlines and manage the workflow of your desk efficiently without constant supervision. If these are not your strengths, this job isn't for you.
It matters. A lot. You are confident and you exude energy and enthusiasm. You enjoy getting the details right and are focused as you work. You are articulate. You have a good sense of humor and a cooperative attitude. You show kindness, patience and respect for others. You are ethical and honest even when no one is watching. You are punctual. You are able to take constructive criticism and correction without getting defensive or feeling “hurt” and discouraged. You look for solutions NOT excuses. You are an avid learner and extremely resourceful in finding solutions. You are a problem solver – NOT a problem reporter.
